Appointments & Payments

All appointments, payments, and medical services are scheduled and processed through Jane App, our third-party booking platform.

Refund eligibility, cancellation timeframes, and no-show policies are clearly disclosed during the booking process and apply to all scheduled services.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined at the time of booking
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to fees
Policies apply to both telemedicine and mobile IV services

Packages & Services

Concierge care packages and service offerings may have specific terms, including expiration or minimum commitment requirements. These details are provided prior to purchase through Jane App.
